I’m a journalist, working at a daily college newspaper in Illinois. When I saw this video recently, I could imagine what it was like to have been called out by a head coach of a collegiate sports team right before you’re trying to do an interview or press conference. However, I never falsified a story like South Carolina head football coach Steve Spurrier is accusing the reporter in the video of doing. So he had it coming.
Still quite an interesting video to watch. The reporter, never shown on camera, is now the Steve Bartman of the newsroom. Man, what is it with me and Bartman references lately? Ready my other posts to find out what’s wrong with me. Watch the video below first.
